1. I will not place restrictions on the number of Thoroughbreds you may bid on, however, please use common sense and realize that it is not necessary to bid on tons of breedings - leave some for others.
2. All bidding starts at $500. Simply post under the Thoroughbreds topic you wish to bid on.
3. Bidding should be raised in increments of $100 or more.
4. You must bid OVER the starting bid.
5. Thoroughbreds not sold in this auction can be made available for straight sale.
6. You must agree to my Sales contract before taking the thoroughbred home
7. Checks must be posted by the date indicated below, and if the horse is unpaid for by that point it will be sold to the next highest bidder.

Sale/Breeding Contracts
- Horses sired by a CKS Stallion/or dam may not be killed off, exported out of HF, or Retired from Game without permission first being attained. Any horse sold by CKS may not be exported, retired or killed off without permission first being attained.
- colts/Stallions Sold by CKS may not be gelded without my permission first
- Foals may be speedaged, but must be kept a realistic age gap from their parents. While CKS also allows All Sim breeding, it is strictly on a year-by-year aging system, and not any alternative system.
- Foals that are out of CKS MARES must carry the CKS prefix/suffix. Foals out of CKS STALLIONS will carry the prefix/suffix of the mare used.
- A valid URL must be posted for all resulting foals for the breeding to be considered final.
- Please keep foals showing in realistic disciplines for their breed, and for their cross (so if both parents are show jumpers, the resulting foal should not show in reining, unless specifically approved when you apply for the breeding).
- EAF foals by CKS stallions are still considered to be foals you entered into this contract in order to breed, and thus, are not exempt to these conditions.
